OpenAI launches new version of ChatGPT for companies

OpenAI, the US company who created ChatGPT, a platform based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), announced on August 28th the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise, a business chatbot that seeks to guarantee companies' privacy. So far, only a few companies have had the opportunity to test this new technology, such as Canva, Block and The Estée Lauder Cos.

One of the biggest new features of this new version is the possibility of incorporating data to train and personalize the AI (a feature not yet available for testing). Once the tool is active, OpenIA says it will guarantee the security of the data by using encryption protection to prevent it from being leaked or used by machines other than the company that incorporated the information.

The US company says that ChatGPT Enterprise subscription prices "will depend on the use and context of each company".

It's worth noting that, two months after ChatGPT's launch in November 2022, it has surpassed 100 million monthly users, making it the fastest-growing IT platform in history (before Meta's new social network, Threads, achieved that distinction in the summer of this year).

The AI tool aimed at the corporate world will be available next week, from September 4th.
